⏺ Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or
damaged upon delivery.
Note: Items showing signs of misuse, mishandling, or wear may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number
    (RMA) and detailed return instructions.

    Securely pack the item, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation.
  4. Label the Package:
    Clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
  5. Ship the Item:
    Use a trackable shipping service to send the item to the address provided. Please note
    that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Wiggy Tales is not liable
    for items lost or damaged in transit.
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
    Refund Policy
    Refunds are processed as follows:
    ⏺ Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the eligibility criteria.
    ⏺ Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    ⏺ Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Exchanges
